Pet urine and pet damage can be devastating to carpet. We have four levels of treatment available from a topical treatment for accidents, to cutting out the contaminated area of carpet all together. For this customer, we pulled the carpet back, cut out contaminated padding, sealed the sub floor, installed new pad, re-stretched the carpet back into place, and finished up with our truck mounted steam cleaning process.
