Tile & grout can accumulate dirt and grime over time. Even if you mop your tile on a regular basis, the grout between your tile doesn’t clean as well. If you are not on your hands and knees using a toothbrush to clean the grout between the tiles, then it is possible that your grout will still be dirty, even after mopping the tile.
