We are in Mesa every day of the week doing carpet stretching and cleaning. The carpet in this home was severely rippled and soiled. We used a power stretcher to stretch the carpet in the length and width of each room to make sure the carpet was drum tight, which is industry standard. We usually cut off between 2-4 inches from each direction we stretch.
