The process to repair commercial carpet is slightly different than repairing residential carpet. For example, commercial carpet does not have padding, meaning the carpet is glued directly to the sub floor. With residential carpet, you first glue that padding to the sub floor, then you install the carpet on top of the padding.

Our customer in Mesa called us to his office because there was a section of carpet missing in the corner of the room. There was a heavy filing cabinet there and ruined the commercial grade carpet. We were able to seam in a new piece of carpet where the damaged area was.
